With over 30 years of experience in complementary and aesthetic therapies, I bring a well-established and integrated approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapies with clinically led techniques.

I began my training in the early 1990s with Swedish massage, developing a strong foundation in bodywork and an understanding of how physical tension and stress present within the body. This was followed by professional training in aromatherapy with Eve Taylor, whose approach is widely respected within the industry for its emphasis on both therapeutic benefit and professional standards.

Building on this foundation, I went on to train in reflexology, allowing me to take a more holistic approach, working not only with muscular tension but also supporting the body’s wider systems through targeted reflex techniques.

More recently, I have incorporated CryoPen cryotherapy into my practice, offering a precise and effective method for the removal of benign skin lesions. This treatment complements my existing work by providing a results-focused, clinically based solution for common skin concerns.

My approach is always tailored to the individual, drawing on many years of experience to assess each client’s needs and provide appropriate, professional treatment in a calm and supportive setting.

Cryotherapy is a clinically proven method of removing benign skin lesions using extreme cold. We use the CryoPen IQ, a precision device that delivers a fine jet of nitrous oxide to the targeted area.

This controlled freezing process works by destroying unwanted tissue at a cellular level, allowing the body to naturally eliminate the lesion over time while leaving surrounding tissue largely unaffected.

CryoPen is suitable for a range of common benign skin concerns, including skin tags, milia, age spots, cherry angiomas and other minor blemishes.

Each appointment begins with a full consultation to assess the lesion and confirm suitability for treatment. The procedure itself is quick and precise, and many treatments are completed within a single session.
