Fees
The consultation fee includes the cost of remedies received directly out of that consultation, whether at the time or posted. If bottles are requested a small charge will be raised as detailed below.
Cost of remedies
Any remedies not received directly out of a consultation (e.g. replacements of remedies which have been lost or damaged, top-ups of previously prescribed remedies, and remedies prescribed between consultations) will need to be paid for. Postage will also be charged.
Additional remedies (i.e. remedies not arising from a consultation) are charged for as below.

* Patients are considered to be “under current treatment” where their most recent appointment was no more than three months ago.
Repeat prescriptions
Repeats of remedies currently prescribed are charged per the Remedy Handling Charges above. Remedies will incur a fee for postage, packing and handling
(see above). Remedies in bottles will be charged for as above.

For telephone advice, contact Marlow Homeopathy on 01628 476200; the practitioner will respond as soon as possible within office hours.
For email advice, Marlow Homeopathy should be contacted via contact@marlowhomeopathy.com; the practitioner will respond as soon as possible within office hours.
Brief advice via phone or email is given free of charge.
Emergency support (for patients under current treatment*)
Details of the emergency practitioner contact details will be available via the Marlow Homeopathy out of hours answering service on 01628 476200. A charge of £10.00 will be made for the telephone consultation, and any remedies prescribed (and p&p if applicable) will be charged for.
Payments
- We are able to take payment over the phone by debit or credit card
- Payment for remedies will be required at the time of ordering
- Payment for consultations is due at the time of the appointment
- Telephone consultations and home visits can be paid for by debit or credit card over the phone at the time of the appointment
Cancellation of appointments
The clinic requires two working days notice if an appointment cannot be kept.
Short notice cancellations
We will do our best to fill appointments cancelled at short notice, but if we cannot do so, then the full consultation fee will be charged. However, in most cases this fee will be waived if, at the time of the cancellation, the appointment is re-booked and subsequently kept within one month. If it is not subsequently kept, the full consultation fee will be charged.
Non-attendance
If an appointment is not kept, with no advance warning of cancellation, the full fee will be charged. In exceptional or unavoidable circumstances the fee will be waived if, at the time of the cancellation, the appointment is re-booked and subsequently kept within one month. If it is not subsequently kept, the full consultation fee will be charged.
Data protection
The Data Protection Act 1998 places a legal requirement on each company to deal with personal data properly, however it is collected, recorded and used. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, and will only be used for internal functions relevant to Marlow Homeopathy.
